🚫 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to MyGem World Giahead are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

This policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Furthermore, all payments are manually initiated and authorized by the client. Once a payment is submitted and processed, it is considered fully confirmed and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

If a payment appears not to go through, the client is required to contact us FIRST before attempting another transaction. Submitting multiple payments without confirmation is solely the responsibility of the client and is considered preventable.

🔄 DUPLICATE CHARGE RESOLUTION (PROOF REQUIRED)

If you believe you were genuinely double charged, refunds will NOT be issued.

Instead, the following resolution will apply:

You must submit verifiable proof showing:

• Both transaction dates
• Charged amounts
• Transaction IDs or last four digits of the card used

Once reviewed and validated, we will add subscription extension to your current active plan at no additional cost.

This is the ONLY compensation provided for verified duplicate payments.

⚠️ FRAUDULENT / FORCED REFUND CLAIMS

Any false, forced, or fraudulent refund attempt — including chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals — is a direct violation of our payment terms and service agreement.

If such activity is detected or confirmed, the following actions will be enforced immediately:

• Full payment recovery enforcement
• An additional $499.99 USD penalty fee
• Immediate account termination
• Permanent ban from MyGem World Giahead
• Permanent removal across ALL MyGem platforms and partner services, including Apollo

No warnings. No reinstatements. No exceptions.

💳 PAYMENT METHOD RESTRICTION ENFORCEMENT

Any client who files a dispute or chargeback — regardless of outcome — will be permanently restricted from using traditional payment methods.

All future payments across our ecosystem will be limited to:

BITCOIN (BTC) ONLY

This enforcement applies across all MyGem platforms and affiliated services, including Apollo.

If you wish to proceed with a duplicate charge review, submit your transaction proof to our billing department for verification.

Failure to provide valid proof voids the request automatically.
